Job summary

Bupa Aged Care is seeking a Business Administrator (Customer Service Consultant) to join the Runaway Bay team. You will support Employee Services, rostering, onboarding and general admin to help run the care home smoothly.

You will be a welcoming face for staff and residents alike, ensuring high-quality administrative support. Working closely with the General Manager, you will handle payroll, onboarding and HR tasks, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and a positive resident

Qualifications

• Experience in admin/customer service roles.
• Experience with rostering and payroll is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, patient, and organized with attention to detail.
