Bupa Clayton, Victoria is seeking a Customer Service Consultant in a care home environment. You will work with the General Manager and fellow CSC to welcome new staff, maintain compliance, and keep rostering and payroll systems on track.

The role also covers front‑of‑house receptionist duties, delivering a warm, professional experience to residents, visitors and staff while contributing to smooth daily operations and a positive workplace culture.

Responsabilités

• Welcome residents, staff and visitors with a warm, professional receptionist presence
• Administer rosters and support payroll processes in line with EA and budgets
• Support recruitment activities to assist onboarding of new starters
• Manage employee leave and time off requests
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Deliver customer-centric experiences and provide efficient administrative support
