Bupa Kempsey is seeking a Business Administrator – Customer Service Consultant to support the operation of the 41-bed care home. You will work with the General Manager and be the welcoming face, handling enquiries and admission coordination.

The role focuses on resident placement, employee service, and front-desk administration. Strong communication, patience, and MS Office skills are essential, with opportunities for development within a supportive team at Bupa.

Qualifications

• Patience working in a care home is essential and rewarding.
• Diplomacy and a proactive approach are important for handling worried families and residents.
• Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
• Previous admin or customer service experience is required.
