Job summary

Bupa Mildura is seeking a Business Administrator (Customer Service Consultant) to support rostering, payroll, recruitment and onboarding, while also delivering front‑of‑house reception for residents and visitors. You will collaborate with the General Manager and CSCs to maintain compliance and smooth operations in a 100-bed care home.

Your role blends administrative accuracy with customer‑facing service, helping the team provide compassionate, professional care and timely information to staff

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the care home employee experience
• Administer rosters in line with EA, budgets and workforce guidelines
• Recruitment activities to onboard new starters
• Actively manage employee leave, both planned and unplanned
• Process payroll, reconciliations, and enquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Deliver customer-centric receptionist duties for residents, employees, visitors and suppliers
• Provide administrative support: document management, mail, security and reporting
• Manage petty cash, receipts and banking
• Use the purchase-to-pay system to ensure adherence to the administrative budget
• Support the Care Home leadership team with organisational initiatives and community events
• Lead continuous improvement by gathering and actioning feedback from residents and employees
