Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to support rostering, payroll, onboarding and receptionist tasks in Mildura, Victoria. You will collaborate with the General Manager and fellow CSC to welcome new staff, ensure compliance, and keep rostering/payroll on track while supporting front-of-house operations.

The role involves customer-centric service for residents, employees, visitors and suppliers, plus involvement in budgets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with rostering within Enterprise Agreements or similar.
• Experience handling payroll, reconciliations, and inquiries.
• Able to deliver a customer-centric experience to residents, staff, visitors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee the care home employee experience.
• Administer rosters in line with EA, budgets and workforce guidelines.
• Assist General Manager with recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
• Manage employee leave and payroll processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Perform receptionist duties including document management, mail, security, and reporting.
• Handle petty cash, receipts, and banking; adhere to budget using P2P system.
