Infinite Care seeks a Duty Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at Southhaven Care Home, Padstow Heights, NSW. You will supervise shifts, coordinate with Heads of Department, and drive operational excellence in alignment with the General Manager.

We value leaders with experience in operations or hospitality, strong communication, and a patient‑focused service mindset. Weekend availability is required. This role supports a growing network of homes across Australia.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with residents, families, staff and stakeholders.
• Empathy in handling resident concerns and delivering care.
• Attention to detail for compliance and documentation.
• Effective time management in fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to exceptional service for elderly residents.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.

Responsabilités

• Walk through home to ensure warm, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Review staffing allocations and ensure adequate coverage for continuous care.
• Check in with all departments: clinical, cleaning, catering, laundry, maintenance, and engagement, to support smooth daily operations.
• Oversee meal services, ensuring dining areas are prepared, compliance is met, and residents enjoy a positive dining experience.
• Coordinate new admissions and discharges, ensuring rooms are ready and families feel supported throughout transitions.
• Manage feedback and resolve issues promptly, ensuring all actions are documented and closed out.
• Support the resolution of complaints with a focus on enhancing the resident experience.
