Job summary

Infinite Care is seeking a Duty Supervisor (Care & Services Manager) to lead the Southhaven Care Home’s day-to-day operations in NSW. You’ll work closely with clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and admin teams to ensure residents, families and visitors enjoy an exceptional experience while upholding high standards.

The role suits a hands-on leader with strengths in operations, hospitality or customer service who can mentor staff and drive service excellence.

About the Role

As a Duty Supervisor (internally known as a Care & Services Manager), you'll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operation of our Southhaven Care Home.

Working closely with department leaders across clinical, hospitality, maintenance, lifestyle and administration teams, you'll ensure residents, families and visitors enjoy an exceptional experience while maintaining high operational standards across the home.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in operations, hospitality, customer service or team leadership who enjoys being visible, hands-on and leading from the front.

About You

We're looking for a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating outstanding customer experiences.

You will bring:

• Experience in operations management, venue management, hospitality leadership or a similar customer-focused environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities

• A keen eye for detail and operational excellence
• The ability to lead, mentor and support teams across multiple departments

Aged care experience is not essential. We welcome applications from hospitality, hotel, accommodation, aviation, retail and service-based leadership backgrounds.
