Job summary

Randstad is seeking a seasoned head of home to lead a dedicated care team in NSW, Australia. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care, driving a positive culture, and ensuring a smooth, commercially viable operation for residents and families alike.

You will report to the Regional Manager, lead safety and compliance, and collaborate with staff to sustain excellent care standards and community relations across the home.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a management or leadership role.
• Background in aged care or medical care.
• Strong digital literacy and experience with organizational systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residents and staff welfare and advocacy.
• Maintain operational safety, compliance, and efficiency.
• Drive financial performance and revenue targets for the home.
