Infinite Care Pty Ltd is seeking a Duty Shift Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across shifts at our Southhaven Care Home, Padstow Heights, NSW. The role focuses on supervising operational excellence and coordinating with Heads of Department to meet GM expectations.

Full-time position requiring weekend work and some weekdays, with opportunities to mentor staff and enhance resident experience in a 5-star hospitality-inspired care setting.

• Strong communication with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
• Empathetic handling of resident concerns and feedback.
• Attention to compliance, standards and documentation.
• Excellent time management in a fast-paced care home.
• Commitment to exceptional service for elderly residents.
• Ability to mentor, train and support team members.

Responsabilités

• Walk through the home to ensure a warm, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Review staffing, manage unplanned leave, and ensure coverage for continuous care.
• Coordinate with clinical, cleaning, catering, laundry, maintenance and engagement teams.
• Oversee meal services and dining areas for a positive resident experience.
• Coordinate admissions and discharges, prepping rooms and supporting families.
• Handle feedback and resolve issues, with documentation and closure.
• Assist in resolving complaints to improve resident experience.
