Bupa Aged Care is seeking a Business Administrator (CSC) at Runaway Bay, Queensland. You will work with a CSC and the General Manager, handling Employee Services and Resident Placement, while performing reception duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role emphasizes patient and family communication, payroll-related tasks, rostering, HR duties, and a friendly, proactive approach to guest service in a care home setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in admin or customer service roles, preferably in care or health settings.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll/recruitment tasks.
• Strong time management, organisation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with residents' families and staff.
