Job summary

Bupa Runaway Bay is seeking a Business Administrator to support Employee Services and Resident Placement at our aged care home. You will join a small CSC team and report to the General Manager, handling rostering, payroll and onboarding for staff while delivering frontline customer service.

Ideal candidates will have experience with roster management, payroll processing, and HR compliance, along with solid MS Office skills and a collaborative, patient approach to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced skills across the MS Office Suite.
• Experience in rosters, payroll and HR functions including recruitment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Employee Service - roster administration, payroll and HR activities.
• Resident Placement - handle enquiries and coordinate admissions.
• Concierge/Reception/Admin - manage customer and administrative experience at the care home.
