Bupa Barrabool, part of Bupa Australia, is seeking a Business Administrator (Customer Service Consultant) to support the care home’s operations and Employee Services portfolio. You will be the friendly face at reception, help manage rosters and payroll, support onboarding, recruitment and HR activities, and assist residents and families with enquiries.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing, maintaining and managing day-to-day staff rosters and roster reconciliations.
• Diplomacy and proactive communication with residents and families.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience in admin/customer service roles.
• Experience in rosters, payroll and general HR function including recruitment.
• Highly developed organisation and time management skills.

Responsabilités

• Employee Service - Support and oversee the Care home employee experience, including rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment, onboarding and leave management.
• Resident Placement - Provide prospective residents and loved ones with a welcoming introduction and coordinate admissions.
• Concierge / Reception / Admin - Lead the customer and administrative experience at the Care Home with high service standards.
