Bupa Ballarat is seeking a Business Administrator, known as a Customer Service Consultant (CSC), to join the care home team in Delacombe. You will support employee services, rostering, payroll and onboarding while also assisting with resident placement and reception duties.

In this frontline role you will be the welcoming face for residents and families, coordinate administrative tasks and collaborate with our General Manager to ensure smooth operation and exceptional care.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in preparing, maintaining and managing day-to-day staff rosters.
• Patience and sunny disposition when engaging with residents and families.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy and proactive approach in sensitive situations.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills.
• Previous experience in admin/customer service roles.
• Experience in rosters, payroll and general HR functions including recruitment.
• Highly developed organisation and time management skills.

• Employee Service: oversee roster administration, payroll, training, compliance and onboarding.
• Resident Placement: handle enquiries and coordinate admissions for prospective residents.
• Concierge/Reception/Admin: manage customer and administrative experiences for the care home.
