Job summary

Bupa Barrabool Belmont in Victoria is seeking a dedicated Business Administrator (Customer Service Consultant) to help manage Employee Services, rostering, payroll, onboarding and related HR tasks within the care home. You will collaborate with another CSC and the General Manager to sustain smooth operations.

Key duties include rostering and payroll administration, recruitment support, and providing a welcoming, responsive reception experience for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing, maintaining and managing day-to-day staff rosters and roster reconciliations.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy in challenging conversations.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Experience in payroll and HR functions including recruitment.
• Proactive, customer-service oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administering rosters, payroll, training, compliance, HR, recruitment activities, onboarding of new starters and leave management.
• Resident Placement: handle inquiries and coordinate admissions with warmth and information.
• Concierge/Reception/Admin duties to deliver high-quality customer service in the care home.
