Medline in Australia is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to lead the ANZ Cardiac and Interventional portfolio, including Cath Lab consumables and related solutions. You will focus on downstream execution and delivering commercial growth outcomes.

This role requires collaborating with customers, clinicians, and sales teams to drive adoption, launch education programs, and expand the portfolio. A growth mindset and strong relationship skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within the healthcare portfolio.
• Strong relationship-building and commercial acumen.
• Cath Lab/clinical background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies for sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform decisions.
• Execute new product introductions, launches and marketing campaigns.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including portfolio optimisation and SKU rationalisation.
• Build relationships with customers, KOLs, distributors and industry stakeholders.
• Deliver product education, clinical training and support programs for customers.
• Partner with Sales to provide product, pricing and market insights.
• Drive cost reduction and operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio.
