Medline International Two Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to lead the ANZ Cardiac and Interventional portfolio, including cath lab consumables and related solutions. You will partner with customers, clinicians, and sales to drive adoption, run trials and deliver education programs.

The role focuses on downstream execution, portfolio optimisation and delivering sustainable growth, with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 from home) across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience as Associate Product Manager or Product Manager.
• Experience in cardiac medical devices, consumables, cath lab or related areas.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle, including launches and portfolio optimisation.
• Strong market analysis and competitor intelligence experience.
• Ability to develop product positioning, value propositions and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio strategies to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.
• Identify market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform decisions.
• Lead product introductions, launches and marketing campaigns.
• Manage lifecycle activities including portfolio optimisation and SKU rationalisation.
• Build relationships with customers, KOLs, distributors and stakeholders.
• Deliver product education, clinical training and support programs.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing and market insights.
• Drive cost reduction and operational improvements across the portfolio.
