Job summary

Ezytrail is seeking an experienced caravan service supervisor to lead our Brisbane workshop. You will oversee bookings, scheduling, and daily repairs, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely delivery to customers.

You will coordinate engineers and licensed trades for complex repairs, manage parts and warranty tasks, and maintain accurate records in our system. A trade qualification and hands-on RV experience are highly valued, with a focus on safety and customer communication.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in caravan/RV servicing and repairs.
• Leadership in a workshop, scheduling, or senior technician role.
• Mechanical fault-finding skills and practical caravan systems knowledge.
• Confident in coordinating parts, warranty work and multiple repairs.
• Clear communication with customers about service scope and costs.

Responsibilities

• Plan service bookings, allocate jobs and manage workshop capacity and priorities.
• Oversee caravan servicing and repairs including brakes, wheel bearings, suspension, and water systems.
• Diagnose faults and support technicians with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Coordinate repairs with licensed trades for electrical, gas and appliances.
• Prepare or review repair estimates and communicate changes to scope or cost.
• Coordinate parts and contractors to avoid delays and keep jobs moving.
• Support warranty assessments with diagnostics and documentation.
• Complete final inspections and quality checks before delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate job records and progress updates in EzyTrack.
• Coach the service team and uphold safety and quality standards.
