Job summary

Ezytrail Management Pty Ltd is seeking a confident Service & Warranty Representative to join our Caboolture workshop. You’ll diagnose faults, perform servicing and warranty rectification, and liaise with Warranty and Parts teams to ensure timely resolutions.

This hands-on role involves diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing faults, documenting work, and guiding customers through the service process. Monday–Friday, in a busy caravan-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in caravan, RV, automotive, marine or trailer servicing and repair.
• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and gas systems.
• Experience with warranty or insurance repair processes or willingness to learn them.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting, diagnosing and repairing caravans and RVs.
• Carrying out servicing, repairs and warranty rectification work.
• Documenting warranty jobs with photos and fault descriptions.
• Preparing and submitting warranty claims and tracking progress.
• Keeping customers informed on progress and timeframes.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workshop.
