Job summary

HammondCare in St Leonards, NSW, seeks a Capital Works Procurement Specialist to lead FF&E procurement across major capital projects, starting with the Greenwich redevelopment (valued at about $300M). You will manage end-to-end sourcing, contracting and delivery coordination, embedding with the Greenwich project team while reporting to Procurement.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement for large projects, strong negotiation, governance, risk management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting large scale projects.
• Experience in procurement and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a project-specific procurement plan and FF&E sourcing schedule aligned with the project programme and budget.
• Lead sourcing activities including market analysis, RFQ/tender, supplier due diligence, evaluation, negotiation and award recommendations.
• Establish and administer supplier contracts, purchase orders, variations and other commercial documentation.
• Coordinate end-to-end FF&E logistics, delivery, installation and handover.
• Provide regular reporting on procurement status, expenditure, risks and decisions.
