Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-range labour forecasts across the capital portfolio, including role, trade, location, timing, and volume requirements.
Consolidate project demand into an integrated workforce view to identify peaks, constraints, duplication, mobilisation risks, and opportunities to sequence requirements.

Lead key and complex sourcing projects for project labour, professional services, maintenance support, and associated capital-project requirements.
Prepare regular dashboards and reports covering forecast versus actual demand, vacancies, fulfilment, mobilisation, supplier capacity, cost, compliance, and risk.

Experience leading sourcing initiatives across labour, professional services, construction, maintenance, or project-support categories.
Strong commercial and analytical capability, including confidence working with workforce, supplier, spend and performance data.
Strong influencing, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and presentation skills across project, operational and functional teams.
Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline is preferred; experience with tier-one companies is desirable.
