Job summary

Move-in is seeking a Procurement & Projects Coordinator to lead procurement and delivery for small to medium FF&E-led projects from purchase order through to handover, with potential growth into full project management and site delivery.

The role is based at our Fitzroy studio and involves working closely with a team of operations and design specialists on PBSA, Build-to-Rent, hotel and residential projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in procurement logistics and/or project management.
• Strong knowledge of international and local furniture brands, manufacturers and supply chains.
• Proven logistics experience, including coordinating production, QC, deliveries and installation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working on site and attending pre-start visits, deliveries and handovers.
• Proven procurement experience, including raising and managing purchase orders and supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP systems (advantageous).
• Experience in FF&E or commercial furniture (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Procurement and purchase orders aligned to budgets and procedures.
• Supplier coordination including production updates, QC and shipping timelines.
• Delivery and installation planning, site visits and handovers to clients.
• Support warehouse with inventory, stock controls and stock takes.
• Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Report findings and suggest improvements focusing on client satisfaction within budgets.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, warehouse and logistics teams and cover operations as needed.
