Job summary

Colonial First State is seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end procurement and supplier governance initiatives. The role covers requirements definition, sourcing strategy, negotiations and contract execution across multiple teams.

You will drive renewals, run RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, and coordinate supplier onboarding while ensuring contracts meet policy and regulatory requirements, including APRA CPS standards. This is a fixed-term engagement based on Gadigal Land in Sydney.

Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement experience in sourcing activities.
• Strong contract review and negotiation skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Experience in supplier onboarding and risk assessment.
• Knowledge of APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234.
• Experience in financial services (superannuation/wealth/banking) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle across multiple teams.
• Lead renewal and renegotiation programme for Corporate Services contracts.
• Plan and run RFI/RFQ/RFP processes and negotiations.
• Review, draft and negotiate supplier contracts with terms and IT security.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding with Governance and Security teams.
• Ensure third-party arrangements meet policy and regulatory requirements.
