Job summary

NSW Land Registry Services in Sydney is seeking an experienced learning and capability lead for a 12-month maximum term contract. You will design capability frameworks, competency models and career pathways to strengthen internal talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing capability frameworks and workforce development strategies.
• Strong experience in learning experience design and digital learning technologies.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner with leaders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Design capability frameworks and career pathways to build internal talent pipelines.
• Identify capability gaps with leaders and learners and translate needs into outcomes.
• Create engaging, learner-centered learning experiences across roles.
• Design learning pathways combining digital and facilitator-led sessions.
• Scope learning solutions including budgets and technology considerations.
• Develop learning architecture that ensures effective knowledge transfer.
• Establish measurement architecture with baselines and outcomes.
• Facilitate training programs and equip leaders with coaching tools.
• Improve onboarding for new starters to build confidence and capability.
