Job summary

Contour Education in New South Wales is seeking a full-time Campus Manager for our upcoming Epping campus. You will own the campus operations, ensure safety, and deliver an elite student, parent, and tutor experience.

This on-site role requires leadership, team development, and a commitment to Contour standards. You will work across evenings and weekends when classes run, continually improve processes, and partner with senior leaders to grow the campus.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service leadership experience in education, operations, or retail.
• Strong on-site presence and campus ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication with students, families and staff.
• Ability to manage day-to-day campus operations with discipline.
• Willingness to work weeknights and weekends as classes run.
