Job summary

Contour seeks a full-time Campus Leader for our upcoming Glen Waverley campus, a role with full campus ownership and responsibility for the student, parent and tutor experience. You will lead the campus team, uphold Contour standards, and drive continuous improvement to create a thriving learning environment.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage operations, enrolments, and student support while collaborating closely with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership of a service team on campus.
• Commitment to on-site presence across weeknights and weekends when classes run.
• Clear, empathetic communication with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Own campus safety, organization, and elite experience daily.
• Lead, coach, and develop service team into high-performing operators.
• Oversee campus processes: opening/closing, class readiness, attendance, inventory, and student support.
• Ensure walk-ins and student/parent support are clear, empathetic and accurate.
