Job summary

Contour Education looks for a full-time Campus Leader to own and run the Glen Waverley campus, ensuring safety, organization, and an elite student and parent experience. You will lead the service team, coach staff, and represent the campus while upholding Contour standards.

You will drive operations, tutor enablement, and student support, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional experiences for students, families, and tutors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer-facing teams in education, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Willing to be on-site full-time, including weeknights and weekends when classes run.
• Strong communication with students, families, and staff.
• Operational discipline and adherence to standards.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Energetic, positive presence that sets campus tone.

Responsibilities

• Own campus safety, organization, and elite-experience readiness daily.
• Lead and develop the service team into high-performing operators.
• Represent the campus within Contour and uphold brand standards.
• Manage crises and issues to protect student experience.
• Oversee opening/closing, class readiness, reschedules, attendance, inventory, and student support.
• Drive trial experience and conversion.
• Audit operations and drive improvements.
