Lakeside Hotel and Conference Centre, located at Macquarie University in North Ryde, is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist. You will greet guests, handle enquiries, and support service teams while ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs in a busy hotel environment.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, professionalism, and flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and nights. Training, staff discounts, and access to campus facilities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk and customer service roles in hospitality.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
• Well-presented with attention to detail and cultural awareness.
• Good time management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using MS Office and Opera PMS is a plus.
• Cash handling and transaction processing familiarity.
• Able to work AM, PM, and night shifts when required.
