Job summary

MGSM Hotel and Conference Centre is seeking a full-time Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor to manage overnight operations and guest services at North Ryde, Sydney. The role runs 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

from Sunday to Thursday, balancing nightly transactions and supporting guests through the night. The Night Auditor reports to the Front Office Manager and joins a close-knit hotel team within the Lakeside Hotel & Conference Centre at Macquarie University, offering further opportunities and benefits on

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill and experience in customer-facing roles providing service to guests.
• Experience processing guest bills and invoices.
• Excellent attention to detail in balancing nightly transactions.
• Availability to work autonomously across overnight shifts.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (Opera) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Settle accounts for early departures.
• Address guest queries and resolve issues; complete reconciliations and reports.
• Conduct building walkthroughs to ensure security and report maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver shared outcomes.
