Qualifications

• Five years+ experience in enterprise technology service delivery with service improvement focus.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical specialists and allocating work.
• Experience coordinating work across internal and external delivery teams.
• Experience managing end-user computing, audiovisual or event tech services in a large org.
• Experience using ITIL service management processes; ITIL Foundation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coordinate a team delivering onsite event and end-user technology services.
• Oversee daily schedules, queues, resource allocation and tech support for events.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and coordinate with partners.
• Manage IT service management activities and ensure incidents progress against measures.
• Use data and feedback to identify trends and improve customer experience.
• Improve service delivery through reporting, process improvement, and automation.
