Job summary

Salesian College Chadstone in Melbourne is seeking an experienced ICT Technician & AV Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role blends ICT support with audiovisual technology and live event delivery.

You will support staff and students with everyday technology, maintain classroom ICT and AV systems, and assist with technical delivery of school events, assemblies and ceremonies. The ideal candidate brings practical IT troubleshooting skills, knowledge of Microsoft 365 and AV equipment, and

Qualifications

• Experience in ICT support and troubleshooting.
• Practical AV experience, ideally including live events.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Good communication and team collaboration.
• Commitment to child safety and Catholic values.
• IT qualifications and Microsoft certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1-2 ICT support and troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft 365, Intune, AD and device management.
• Set up, operate and maintain AV equipment.
• Support live events and streaming.
• Assist with ICT and AV installations and maintenance.
