Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a team of technology support specialists delivering onsite event and end-user technology services.
Oversee daily schedules, service queues, resource allocation for conferences and events.
Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact issues, coordinating with stakeholders and partners.
Manage IT Service Management activities, ensuring incidents and requests progress effectively.
Use service data and feedback to identify trends and improve customer experience.
Strengthen service delivery through reporting, process improvements and tech enhancements.
