genU is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily operations of a Seasons Café in North Geelong, VIC. You will coach and support staff of all abilities, creating a welcoming environment for customers and driving safe, efficient service.

In this role you will manage hospitality tasks, ensure food safety, and contribute to a positive customer experience while guiding team development and inclusivity.

You'll help create a welcoming environment for customers while coaching and supporting employees of all abilities to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive at work

What you'll do

As our Site Supervisor, you'll:

• Keep daily café operations running efficiently and safely
• Mentor and train team members to build skills and confidence
• Maintain great food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
• Support continuous improvement and create a positive customer experience

What you'll bring

• Hospitality experience - café, restaurant or similar environment
• A positive, patient and supportive leadership style
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• An enthusiasm for working alongside people of all abilities

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)

• Experience in disability employment or supported workplaces
• Budgeting, ordering and inventory management experience
• Hospitality or business qualifications
