Job summary

genU is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of a café site in Colac. You will coach and support employees of all abilities, helping them build confidence, develop skills and thrive at work while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain safety standards, and drive continuous improvement in a busy cafe environment, with a focus on inclusivity and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Hospitality leadership experience in cafe/restaurant or similar environment.

What you’ll do

As our Site Supervisor, you’ll:

What you’ll bring

• Hospitality experience - café, restaurant or similar environment
• A positive, patient and supportive leadership style
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• An enthusiasm for working alongside people of all abilities
• (You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
