Job summary

genU in Geelong is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a diverse team in a hands-on role combining production work with customer service and people leadership.

You will support colleagues of all abilities, drive productivity and uphold quality standards, while fostering a safe, inclusive culture and managing stock and supplier relationships. An NDIS screening process will be supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, manufacturing, logistics, hospitality or similar environments.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and inclusive workplace environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front.
• Enthusiasm for working alongside people with a disability.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate required (assistance provided).
