Job summary

genU is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily operations at one of our Seasons Cafe locations in North Geelong. You will coach and support team members of all abilities to build confidence and skills while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

Ideal candidates will have cafe or hospitality experience, a positive leadership style, and strong communication and organisational abilities. NDIs Worker Screening and Orientation Certificate guidance will be provided.

genU is looking for a hands-on and supportive Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our Seasons Cafe in North Geelong. You'll help create a welcoming environment for customers while coaching and supporting employees of all abilities to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive at work

What you'll do

As Our Site Supervisor, You'll

• Keep daily café operations running efficiently and safely
• Mentor and train team members to build skills and confidence
• Maintain great food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards
• Support continuous improvement and create a positive customer experience

About The Candidate

• Hospitality experience - café, restaurant or similar environment
• A positive, patient and supportive leadership style
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• An enthusiasm for working alongside people of all abilities

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate - but don't worry, we’ll help guide you through this.)
