Job summary

genU is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead daily café operations, delivering a welcoming environment and coaching employees of all abilities. You will mentor staff, ensure food safety and safety standards, and drive customer satisfaction while supporting disability and community initiatives.

genU is looking for a hands-on and supportive Site Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our café sites. You'll help create a welcoming environment for customers while coaching and supporting employees of all abilities to build confidence, develop skills, and thrive at work
