Zitto is seeking an exceptional Café Manager to lead our Adelaide Tea Tree Plaza location. You will inspire a team, deliver outstanding hospitality, and drive daily operations with a focus on top-notch customer experiences and profitability.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage rostering, stock, and budgets while ensuring food safety and high service standards. Join a vibrant, fast-paced café that values energy, teamwork, and genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Café Manager or similar hospitality leadership role.
• Experience in high-volume café, restaurant, or fast-casual operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with staff development focus.
• Knowledge of rostering, labour management, stock control, and budgeting.
• Understanding of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of baristas and front-of-house staff.
• Foster a positive, energetic, and supportive workplace culture.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor team members to deliver service standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and daily café operations.
• Monitor presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage labour costs, stock ordering, and inventory control.
• Drive profitability by monitoring COGS and waste minimisation.
• Maintain product knowledge and support barista operations as needed.
