Job summary

XS Espresso Austral, NSW is seeking an experienced Café Manager / Supervisor to lead the opening team at a brand-new location. You will drive daily service, build a cohesive team and establish cafe standards from day one.

If you know hospitality, love leading people and care about delivering exceptional guest experiences, you’ll help shape the culture and set the benchmark for coffee and service while growing with XS Espresso’s expanding hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Café Manager, Supervisor or Senior Café Team Member.
• Strong knowledge of café operations.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example.
• Genuine passion for creating great guest experiences.

XS Espresso is coming to Austral, and we're looking for an experienced Café Manager / Supervisor to lead our opening team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new XS Espresso location from day one — helping build the team, establish the culture and create a café that becomes a favourite within the local community.

At XS Espresso, we believe great cafés are built through great people. We're looking for someone who knows hospitality, enjoys leading a team and genuinely cares about creating great experiences for our guests.

THE ROLE

As Café Manager / Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the store while helping build a strong, positive and energetic team.
