Sox Hospitality Group in Surfers Paradise is opening a brand-new coastal café and seeks an experienced Café Manager to lead the team from day one. You’ll run daily operations and build a welcoming vibe that attracts locals and visitors.

You’ll implement guest-focused service standards, manage costs and stock, and foster a fun, high-performing workplace that motivates staff. This is a hands-on leadership role at launch.
