Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a Barista and Café All-rounder for a full-time role in Sydney. The position focuses on producing high-quality Barista coffee and delivering premium food and beverage service in a prestigious corporate environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2 years of F&B experience, Barista skills, and strong communication and customer service abilities. Australian working rights required; Police check will be needed.

$32.09 per hour plus Superannuation

• Monday to Friday day shifts only, rosters 7am-3pm or 8am -4pm

Due to business growth, we are excited to announce we are on the search for a Barista and Café All-rounder looking for their next chapter to showcase skill and passion for premium hospitality services!

THE POSITION

• Producing consistent high-quality Barista coffee
• Delivering food and beverage service in a professional and at times discreet manner
• Ensuring that boardrooms are set-up correctly and within a timely fashion
• Liaise with all team members to assess requirements for the day
• Working autonomously and confidently in providing premium corporate hospitality services
• Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming service to customers and clients

THE PERSON

• 2 years of proven F&B experience in café or corporate settings
• Barista experience, knowledge and skills is essential
• You’ll be an excellent communicator with superior customer service skills
• You’ll have a strong work ethic, taking pride in the service, you provide – you’ll be willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
• Full time Australian working rights (Due to the setting of this environment the successful candidate will be required to obtain a National Police Check)
