Job summary

Warrigal Care is seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst to partner with business owners and teams. You will understand how systems and processes work, identify opportunities for improvement and translate needs into practical, sustainable solutions.

You’ll work with Solutions Architects, Software Engineers and vendors, guiding requirements, testing and training to ensure successful adoption. The role is based at our Head Office in Oak Flats and involves travel across Warrigal locations as

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in applications support, business systems analysis or a similar role.
• Strong ability to understand complex applications, business processes, workflows and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand system capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with Solutions Architects, Software Engineers and vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Provide change management, testing, training and ongoing improvement to ensure new solutions are adopted effectively.

The opportunity

This is an opportunity to shape the way Warrigal’s people, processes and systems work together. You’ll partner with business owners and teams to understand how they work, identify opportunities for improvement and make sure our applications meet their needs.

You’ll use your expertise to understand system capabilities, solve complex problems and identify opportunities to improve processes and the way applications are used. Working closely with our Solutions Architects, Software Engineers and vendors, you’ll turn business needs into practical, sustainable solutions.

A key part of the role will be supporting teams through change. You’ll be involved in requirements, testing, implementation, training and ongoing improvement, ensuring changes are well understood and work effectively in practice.

This role will suit someone who enjoys understanding how systems and processes work, building strong relationships and finding practical solutions. You’ll bring strong business analysis and systems experience, sound judgement and a collaborative approach.

This role will be based at our Head Office in Oak Flats.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work

• Relevant qualifications in business systems, IT or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years’ experience in applications support, business systems analysis or a similar role.
• Strong ability to understand complex applications, business processes, workflows and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and practical solutions.
• Sound understanding of databases, integrations, reporting and system functionality.
• Experience delivering system and process improvements, including change management, testing and user adoption.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel across Warrigal locations as required.
