Job summary

Warrigal Care is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst – Applications to partner with business owners and teams, translating needs into practical, sustainable solutions. You’ll work with Solutions Architects, software engineers and vendors to improve processes and support change management.

You will bring substantial experience in applications support and business systems analysis, with strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in applications support, business systems analysis or a similar role.
• Strong ability to understand complex applications, business processes, workflows and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Understand system capabilities, solve complex problems and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Software Engineers and vendors to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Support teams through change, including requirements, testing, implementation and ongoing improvement.

Theopportunity

This is an opportunity to shape theway Warrigal’s people, processes and systems work together. You’llpartner with business owners and teams to understand how they work,identify opportunities for improvement and make sure ourapplications meet their needs.

You’ll use your expertise tounderstand system capabilities, solve complex problems and identifyopportunities to improve processes and the way applications areused. Working closely with our Solutions Architects, SoftwareEngineers and vendors, you’ll turn business needs into practical,sustainable solutions.

A key part of the role will besupporting teams through change. You’ll be involved inrequirements, testing, implementation, training and ongoingimprovement, ensuring changes are well understood and workeffectively in practice.

This role will suit someone whoenjoys understanding how systems and processes work, buildingstrong relationships and finding practical solutions. You’ll bringstrong business analysis and systems experience, sound judgementand a collaborative approach.

This role will be based at our Head Office in Oak Flats.

The requirements | What ittakes to do thiswork

• Relevant qualifications inbusiness systems, IT or a related discipline, or equivalentexperience.
• 7+ years’ experience inapplications support, business systems analysis or a similarrole.
• Strong ability to understandcomplex applications, business processes, workflows andreporting requirements.
• Excellent communication andrelationship-building skills, with the ability to work withstakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills, with the ability to identify rootcauses and practical solutions.
• Sound understanding ofdatabases, integrations, reporting and systemfunctionality.
• Experience delivering system andprocess improvements, including change management, testing anduser adoption.
• Strong organisational skills andthe ability to manage competingpriorities.
• Willingness to travel acrossWarrigal locations as required.
