Job summary

Warrigal in New South Wales seeks an experienced Applications Support and Business Systems Analyst to partner with business owners, understand how teams work, and translate needs into practical IT solutions. Based at our Oak Flats head office, you’ll work with Solutions Architects, software engineers and vendors to improve processes and drive change.

• 7+ years’ experience in applications support, business systems analysis or a similar role.
• Strong ability to understand complex applications, business processes, workflows and reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and practical solutions.
• Sound understanding of databases, integrations, reporting and system functionality.
• Experience delivering system and process improvements, including change management, testing and user adoption.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel across Warrigal locations as required.

Theopportunity

This is an opportunity to shape theway Warrigal’s people, processes and systems work together. You’llpartner with business owners and teams to understand how they work,identify opportunities for improvement and make sure ourapplications meet their needs.

You’ll use your expertise tounderstand system capabilities, solve complex problems and identifyopportunities to improve processes and the way applications areused. Working closely with our Solutions Architects, SoftwareEngineers and vendors, you’ll turn business needs into practical,sustainable solutions.

A key part of the role will besupporting teams through change. You’ll be involved inrequirements, testing, implementation, training and ongoingimprovement, ensuring changes are well understood and workeffectively in practice.

This role will suit someone whoenjoys understanding how systems and processes work, buildingstrong relationships and finding practical solutions. You’ll bringstrong business analysis and systems experience, sound judgementand a collaborative approach.

This role will be based at our Head Office in Oak Flats.

• Relevant qualifications inbusiness systems, IT or a related discipline, or equivalentexperience.
• 7+ years’ experience inapplications support, business systems analysis or a similarrole.
• Strong ability to understandcomplex applications, business processes, workflows andreporting requirements.
