Job summary

Warrigal is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide on-site technical assistance across our service locations. You’ll manage devices, applications and site technology, partnering with our IT team and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role spans everyday support, business systems and technology improvements, inviting a curious, proactive candidate who can work independently and deliver tangible outcomes for our residents and team.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting modern desktop environments, including Intune-managed Windows and iOS devices.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Diploma-level IT qualification, advanced training, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, iOS, Citrix, endpoint, network, wireless, telephony and site technologies.
  • Experience working with external service providers, vendors and service desks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site ICT support across Warrigal service locations and maintain systems, applications and devices.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to coordinate solutions and improvements.
  • Deliver technology initiatives including upgrades, rollouts and site implementations.
  • Support end users with timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Contribute to process improvements and ensure changes are implemented effectively.

The opportunity

Keeping Warrigal’s technology workingsmoothly, you’ll provide on-site support across our servicelocations, helping maintain the systems, applications, devices andsite technology our teams rely on every day. You’ll work across abroad range of technology, from enterprise applications and mobiledevices to networks, audiovisual systems and other site-basedsolutions.

You’ll also play an important role indelivering technology initiatives across Warrigal, supportingsystem upgrades, new technology rollouts, site implementations andbusiness process improvements. Working alongside our IT team,Managed Service Provider and external vendors, you’ll helpcoordinate solutions, manage technical issues and ensure technologychanges are delivered effectively across theorganisation.

With no two days the same, this is ahands-on role that offers the opportunity to work across differentareas of technology and make a visible contribution to how Warrigaloperates. Your work will help ensure our people have the technologythey need to deliver great outcomes for the communities wesupport.

This role is located on site at our Headoffice inOak flats.

The requirements | What ittakes to do this work

  • Well-developed organisationalskills, with the ability to prioritise, work independently andmeet deadlines.
  • Commitment to Warrigal’s valuesof integrity, respect, compassion andinnovation.
  • Knowledge of Exchange Online,SharePoint Online and MicrosoftIntune.
  • Experience managing mobiledevices, thin clients (WYSE) and Citrix Cloudenvironments.
  • Strong understanding ofenterprise networking, including switches, wireless andUbiquiti equipment.
  • Familiarity with network cabinetpatching for data and telephonyservices.
  • Exposure to site technologiessuch as CCTV, access control and operationaltechnology.
  • Ability to coordinate technologyprojects with vendors, contractors andstakeholders.
  • Relevant Microsoft or ITILcertifications.
