Job summary

Alder Group is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to keep our business systems running smoothly and to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You will become the go‑to expert for our business applications and help employees maximise the value of the systems they use daily.

Reporting to IT leadership, you will manage application support, access, configurations and vendor relationships, while contributing to digital transformation efforts and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests and system enhancements.
• Exposure to software vendors and third‑party support providers.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, testing and releases.
• Knowledge of IT service management or ticketing platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Manage user access, configurations and application administration.
• Coordinate with software vendors and support providers.
• Support system upgrades, testing and releases, and user adoption activities.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist with automation, integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain application documentation, governance and support processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience.
