Our aged care client is seeking a Business Solutions Partner (Systems Analyst) to play a key role in delivering digital initiatives and system improvements across our aged care and community services operations. This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with frontline teams, operational leaders, and technology stakeholders to ensure business systems are effectively implemented, adopted, and continuously improved. You'll act as the connector between technology and the business, helping ensure systems deliver meaningful outcomes for our staff, residents, clients, and communities.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Business Solutions, you'll support the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing administration of several key business systems and digital initiatives.

• Visitor management and entry systems
• Enhancements to our home care management platform
• Ongoing business system improvements and optimisation
• User training, adoption, and change initiatives
