UPA Aged Care Solutions in Wahroonga is seeking an Application Specialist to support, maintain and optimise the organisation's business applications. You will work with stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, efficient and aligned with business needs.

This role combines technical troubleshooting with data reporting, governance and user support. You will contribute to continuous improvement while delivering practical solutions in a cooperative, not-for-profit environment.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, IT, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in an Application Specialist, Systems Analyst, Application Support or similar role.
• Experience with business/clinical applications such as AlayaCare, LeeCare, iChris, Humanforce or Ausmed.
• Strong technical troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Power BI, Excel or SQL for reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support and administration of key business and operational applications.
• Assist with systems integration and data flow between applications to improve processes.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and insights for informed decisions.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, security and compliance across systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and users to resolve issues.
