Job summary

Alder Group is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to ensure our business systems run smoothly and to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. You will become the go-to expert for our business applications, helping staff maximise system value while shaping the technology landscape.

Reporting to the General Manager for Information, Data & Technology, the role focuses on administration, support, optimisation and ongoing enhancements of Alder's systems portfolio, collaborating

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests and system enhancements.
• Exposure to software vendors and third-party support providers.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, testing and releases.
• Knowledge of IT service management or ticketing platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Providing application support and resolving incidents and service requests.
• Managing user access, system configurations and business application administration.
• Coordinating with software vendors and support providers.
• Supporting system upgrades, testing, releases and user adoption activities.
• Driving process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assisting with automation, integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintaining application documentation, governance and support processes.
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
