Job summary

Alder Group is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to oversee and optimise our business systems across Queensland and Northern NSW. You’ll become the go-to expert, ensuring reliability, supporting upgrades, and driving improvements with a focus on user experience and efficiency.

You’ll partner with stakeholders, manage incidents and releases, and help shape the technology landscape through automation and modern workplace tools.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests and system enhancements.
• Exposure to software vendors and third-party support providers.
• Experience supporting system upgrades, testing and releases.
• Knowledge of IT service management or ticketing platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and modern workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Manage user access, configurations and application administration.
• Coordinate with software vendors and support providers.
• Support system upgrades, testing, releases and user adoption.
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Assist with automation, integration and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain documentation, governance and support processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiency and user experience.
