Signpac – a division of GJI Group in Brisbane North is seeking a confident Business Development Specialist to drive school signage partnerships.

You will identify prospects, pitch solutions, and secure long‑term relationships with Principals, Heads of Departments, Business Managers and Administration staff, while travelling locally.

A proven sales track record in signage or education, strong stakeholder skills, and a customer‑first mindset are essential for success in this hybrid, full‑time role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in signage, education, or related industries.
• Ability to pitch, negotiate and close business deals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Willingness to travel locally and interstate with own vehicle.
• Customer-first mindset with a drive to hit revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure long-term client relationships in Brisbane's northern region.
• Advise school stakeholders (Principals, Heads of Departments, Business Managers, staff) on needs and solutions.
• Travel as required; build a robust sales pipeline and close deals.
